The third week of the Arkansas high school football season brings another round of rankings from ArkansasVarsity.com, with several of the state’s traditional powers holding down top spots and other programs continuing to make their case early in the season.
Bentonville leads Class 7A, while Benton holds the top spot in Class 6A. Joe T. Robinson is No. 1 in Class 5A, Stuttgart leads Class 4A, Fordyce tops Class 3A and Mount Ida is first in Class 2A. Cedar Ridge leads the 8-man rankings.
