Bentonville remained atop the Overall Top 10, while several changes occurred throughout the classifications in the Week 3 Arkansas Sports Media High School Football Poll for the week ending Sept. 12.
The Tigers received 12 first-place votes to remain No. 1 overall, followed by Conway. Shiloh Christian climbed two spots to No. 3, while Bentonville West remained fourth and Benton slipped to fifth.
Searcy and Benton finished tied for No. 1 in Class 6A, while Stuttgart remained the top-ranked team in Class 4A and Fordyce held onto No. 1 in Class 3A. Mount Ida continued to lead Class 2A.
Cedar Ridge took over the top spot in the 8-man rankings, moving ahead of previously No. 1 Corning.
Following is the Arkansas Sports Media High School Football Poll, including the Overall Top 10, the top five in Classes 7A, 6A, 5A, 4A, 3A and 2A, plus the top three in the 8-man division, as voted by a panel of sports media from around the state for the week ending Sept. 12.
