Blytheville Hires Katon Hill as Head Football Coach
Blytheville has named Cross County defensive coordinator Katon Hill as its new head football coach, bringing in a coach with a recent state championship pedigree.
Hill helped lead Cross County to the 2025 Class 2A state championship, anchoring a dominant defense that played a key role in the Thunderbirds’ title run.
In addition to his coaching success, Hill has collegiate playing experience as a former running back at Arkansas State.
Hill now takes over a Blytheville program looking to build toward sustained success, bringing with him championship experience, defensive expertise and strong ties to Arkansas football.
